Our 24hr service is only available Mon-Thurs for delivery next day, we DO NOT deliver at weekends and we do not offer 24 hour service if the order is placed on a Bank Holiday.

Any Orders of over 200 Sheets will be delivered FREE within the UK mainland next day by courier (weekdays only). Please email us any additional information which you think may help our courier reach you.

The Returns must be made to us within 21 days.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions: If there are product defects, proof of the fault must be provided along with notification within 30 days of the order being placed. In cases of incorrect goods being shipped and received, notification must be made within 30 days of the order being placed. If goods are damaged in transit, proof of damage must be provided along with the notification within 30 days of the order being placed.
